I often drank Hakurakusei when I was working in Sendai.
This is the first time I drank this brand, but I think it is my favorite.
It has an exquisite mellowness, but also a refreshing aftertaste.
I wonder if it is the result of the rice polishing ratio of 29%.
Rice used: Tokujyo Yamadanishiki from Tojo Akitsu in Hyogo Prefecture's Special A district.
