This is a low-alcohol sake that uses three times as much koji.
The alcohol content is only 6%, which is about the same as beer.
We were told that it is recommended to drink it on the rocks, so we tried it right away.
It's sweet and sour, with a refreshing Calpis-like taste, and it's delicious.
In a good way, it was not like sake.
I heard that it's also good with soda, so I'll try it next time.
