This sake is sold only in the Uonuma area of Niigata. It is served at room temperature. No peculiarities, no aftertaste, and a spicy thirst-quenching taste. Goes well with any dish! A beautiful junmai sake with a slight sweetness of rice. It is really easy to drink and delicious. It gets even sweeter when it is put in a tokkuri and exposed to air. We had it with smoked egg and chilled tofu filled with bonito flakes.

I can't resist buying the pink label...! Purchased at a station in Echigo Yuzawa. It's a nigorizake made from new rice grown in Niigata Prefecture. As it is a nigorizake, it should be served chilled. The alcohol flavor and the sweetness of the rice are a perfect match. It has a nice throat feel, but is still very smooth. It's strange. It has a bit of acidity and is rather easy to drink, but it has a strong attack and is a solid sake, so you will get drunk.

A pure rice nigori sake made with a traditional yeast mash. It has a low alcohol content of 8-9%. The sweetness of the rice and the rich umami taste will make you swoon. On the other hand, it has a refreshing sourness that makes it easy to drink, like a thick Calpis juice! It is best to drink it cold, as the alcohol flavor becomes stronger when it is lukewarm.

Niidashi Zensyu Namaishibori Nama Junmai-shu No added yeast (brewer's yeast) The pink label is so cute that I had to buy the jacket(?). I bought it! The moment you put it in your mouth, it's sweet! The taste that comes out of the nose is also sweet, like syrup. The aftertaste is very rich with the sweetness of the rice and the flavor of the sake.

Tsuchida's Hatsushibori, new sake for 2021! It's clear with a slight yellowish tinge. Very sweet~. It's clear, with an aroma and sweetness like chilled candy. It was even more fragrant because I got it freshly opened. After a bit of time has passed, the mild sweetness of the rice comes through, and you can taste it again and again. There is no sake like this! It was so sweet and tasty.
