Niida Honke's Kinpou. I thought it was a brand that had already disappeared when the brewery changed hands, but I see they are still making it. I loved #Kinpô Shizen Sake. #Kinpô #Niida Honya

Sake toasted online with Mr. Kazuhiko Ota. It was my first time drinking sake, but it was so much fun to think that I was drinking the same sake as Mr. Ota and the other participants. #Kurabirakijp #BS11 #KazuhikoOhta #Sake #Tsurumi Sake Brewery #Gasan

I always drink local sake at New Year's, and this year it was Kikumori from Naka City. I remembered that there was a Kikumori square. #Kikumori #Kiuchi Sake Brewery

To commemorate my Ibaraki sake sommelier S class (?) I was given a special sake cup as a complimentary gift to commemorate my Ibaraki Sake Sommelier Level S (?), and I was served Kikumori Junmai Barrel Sake from the Kiuchi Sake Brewery in Naka City, which is next door. It is probably the closest sake brewery to my house. #Kiuchi Sake Brewery #Kikumori

This sake was made in Ishioka City, where the national capital of Hitachinokuni was located. We will enjoy this sake while thinking of Ibaraki in the past. #Shirakiku #Hirose Shoten

Honsei Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate was purchased after a tasting during a recent visit to Takeyoshi in Yuki City. It is an easy-drinking sake with a slightly effervescent taste. The label depicting the sake brewery is also cool. Under the glass is a coaster made of Yuki-tsumugi silk. #Takeyoshi
