This is my favorite sake that I always drink at the Ponshukan in Echigo-Yuzawa station.
I bought it for 770 yen (100ml) at a shop in Nihombashi, which is like a special Niigata shop.
It has a nice aroma and a sweet taste, but as it is a Niigata sake, it ends on a crisp note.
After all, the sake made from Yamadanishiki is suitable for me, and I love the sake which is very delicious without any snacks.

I had bought this at New Year's a year ago and opened it over a year ago.
The aroma is good.
The taste is sweet, but the throat is crisp and tight, which is typical of Niigata sake.
I can drink it without garnish and it is really delicious.
Even if you drink it many times, it is still the king of sake.

I bought it at the i-store for my 10th wedding anniversary.
It has a unique taste that can't be beaten by the red leaf label.
I felt it at the first sip.
The aroma is good and the aftertaste is tight.
As you continue to drink it, you may become accustomed to the unique taste, but you won't feel it anymore. It is wonderful that you can continue to feel only the deliciousness.
