I had bought this at New Year's a year ago and opened it over a year ago.
The aroma is good.
The taste is sweet, but the throat is crisp and tight, which is typical of Niigata sake.
I can drink it without garnish and it is really delicious.
Even if you drink it many times, it is still the king of sake.
