★★★★★★★★★★ (out of 10) I think the toji who made this is a genius. It is hard to believe that it is made from rice! It is fresh and has a nice aroma. It's not really sake, but a very tasty drink. After 2 days from opening the bottle, it was almost like Shinsei No6, After that, it has a gentle sweetness.

I wanted to compare drinks in a luxurious way. We opened the bottle at the same time. On the first day, the flavor was a little tough, so I let it sit for 3 or 4 days. I let it sit for 3 or 4 days. This year, I felt a little more acidity. It has a beautiful Tohoku-style sake flavor. It has a sense of unity of flavor, sweetness, umami, and acidity. I thought it was a perfect match for delicate Japanese cuisine. I thought it was a quintessential Jikin. Senbon Nishiki The aroma is very slight, with hints of lychee and strawberry. Of course, there is no alu smell. Taste is full-bodied. Sake Mirai The aroma is slightly pear. No smell of alcohol as well. Taste is more refreshing than Senbon-Nishiki. I'm looking forward to seeing the changes in a few more days. One week later Senbon-Nishiki A little astringency has appeared. Sake Mirai It is now soft and refreshing with a slight fruity taste that passes into the nose. It's not easy to find sake of this level (*^^*).

I bought it at a local sake store I happened to walk into. It's a sake made with flower yeast from the University of Agriculture, and it's from a brewery in Akita Prefecture. I was interested. The aroma and taste was just a mature sake. There is just a little bit of honey-like sweetness in the middle.

The first shiroten I was looking forward to. After the freshness~ (akabu, looks like a cargo tag sake), it It felt like a white wine, and finished lightly with a slight carbonation. It is easy to drink, though it lacks something. Three days after opening the bottle, the light sweetness has become a sense of body and flavor. It also has a refined aroma and is delicious.

I drank this sake 2 years ago and was shocked by its fruity and elegant taste. I couldn't get it last year, but 💦. This year I was able to get it. It has a strawberry-like aroma and is quite fruity, sweet, a little sour, and elegant. A few days after opening the bottle, the sweetness started to come out a bit and the flavor started to come together. I would definitely like to get this sake again next year.
