I bought it at a local sake store I happened to walk into.
It's a sake made with flower yeast from the University of Agriculture, and it's from a brewery in Akita Prefecture.
I was interested.
The aroma and taste was just a mature sake.
There is just a little bit of honey-like sweetness in the middle.
