Dry! Feels like there is no sweetness at all. I always drink sweet sake with a nice aroma, but it's refreshing to know that there is also this kind of sake! I want to taste it with a meal!

Rich, full-bodied sweetness The aroma through the nose has a sticky sweetness like azuki beans used for zenzai (sweet red bean soup). There is still some sake-like acidity, so you may not like it. Junmai Daiginjo, about 2200 yen. If you go to Kyushu, you should definitely try this as a local sake!
