It was in a grab bag of sorts.
At first, I was under the impression that the aroma, etc., was like doburoku.
I finished it about a week after I opened it.
I liked it better after some time!
Purchased at an antenna store in Kochi.
This is delicious ❤️.
It said it was made with fruity yeast.
I had high expectations and it tasted exactly as I expected.
It was a gold medal winning wine in the "Delicious in a Glass of Wine" category.
Purchased.
The bottle looks like wine.
I think it has no peculiarities and tastes good for everyone.
(It is a good wine for all people.)
Aroma is weak...?
It has a richness to it as it is called "original sake".
But it may not have a lingering taste.
I had it at Jak, a kawara soba restaurant in Taiyuji-machi, Osaka, where I was traveling.
The pineapple aroma that everyone had mentioned in their preliminary research. I thought it was like nigori sake.
