I have returned to Japan for the first time in 3 months. It's totally hiyayogoshi season ☺️. Toyokko's Aki-agari has a rich aroma but a clean aftertaste. I enjoyed it with light Japanese dishes and white fish. It was my favorite taste 🥰.

Purchased when I went to Sano. It has a gorgeous aroma, but it is not dry and light. I drank it with bonito tataki, but it lacked a little punch. It would go well with lighter otsumami.

I don't drink Ginjo-shu very often because I prefer Junmai-shu, but it was recommended by the brewery, so I bought it. I had it cold to go with my New Year's dishes, and it was surprisingly refreshing and the sweetness was moderate☺️. It was a good start to the new year for me. Thank you very much!

I bought this bottle at a sake brewery when I went to Karuizawa in November. It was stored in the back and I forgot about it. It's the winter solstice, but it's autumnal 😆 by now. When I traveled to Nagano last month, I bought a couple of cups of local sake at a local supermarket. It has a great aroma and can be enjoyed cold or warmed up. I'm having oden tonight, so I think I'll have the last sip in the dashi broth ☺️. It's good to have a cup of sake without drinking too much.

It was a gift from Kumamoto. We had it with yellowtail and radish. It has a unique aroma and is a little sweet. It may be more suitable for dishes made with sweet soy sauce in Kyushu. It's a small bottle, so it's perfect to drink lightly on a weekend lunchtime☺️. Thanks for the souvenir〜.

I bought it to warm up in winter, but it's a little sharp when warmed. I think it's best warmed to just under the skin. Of course, it can also be served cold. It's refreshing in both good and bad ways. The packaging is simple and cute, and it looks like it was loved by Yasujiro Ozu.
