I don't drink Ginjo-shu very often because I prefer Junmai-shu, but it was recommended by the brewery, so I bought it.
I had it cold to go with my New Year's dishes, and it was surprisingly refreshing and the sweetness was moderate☺️.
It was a good start to the new year for me.
