The flavor of the sauce is similar to that of the sagami, but with a slight spiciness, it is a dish that can be used during the meal. I am looking forward to seeing how it changes over the next few days.
This is a rather major brand in Mie Prefecture from the Goto Shuzo brewery, famous for its Aoun. It is a refreshing type of sake. I visited the brewery before, but it was a very difficult place to visit.
Purchased on a visit to Saga. It is a raw sake, Gohyakumangoku. It was noticeably fresh and out of the bottle shortly after opening, and after about a week, the taste had changed to a more subdued flavor.
