I'm using it straight out of Aomori, and I'm using all of it. So it's very, very, very good. You can taste the rice in this bottle. It's one of the regular Mutsu Hassen. It has a wonderful taste that you will never get tired of drinking. I love it so much, I can't stop drinking it. Personally, I like to drink it while eating a little bit of I personally like to drink it while eating a little bit of musiko. I also like to eat tuna with potherb mustard. It's a bottle that you want to pair with seafood, but But the brewery says that it goes well with both Western and Chinese food. I'd like to try it.

Red dragonfly for sale in autumn. The label is nice and autumn-like. The aroma, flavor, acidity, and richness are all well balanced. A sharp and tasty hiyaoroshi. Personally, I don't like sake with acidity, but I personally don't like sake with sourness, but this sourness is elegant and indescribable. I like it. It goes well with autumn dishes. This sourness makes me want to pair it with ponzu. Sanma (mackerel) with grated daikon and lots of ponzu and citrus fruits. Mizutaki with ponzu is also good. The sweetness of the vegetables, the flavor of the chicken, and the ponzu. I want to drink it again next fall.

It seems to be a sake made by the daughter of a sake brewery in Wakayama. All the ingredients are from Wakayama, and it is a bottle filled with care. It's refreshing and easy to drink, with a bit of acidity. Rather than dipping sashimi in soy sauce, I prefer to pair it with sashimi with salt or lemon.

Hakkaisan sparkling. The bottle is beautiful. When poured into a wine glass Fine bubbles and a clean, refreshing aroma. The initial mouthfeel is elegant. The first sip was elegant, but after that, it had the weight and flavor of sake and rice. I had it as a toast before dinner. It goes well with just about any food. It is also perfect with desserts and fruits to finish the meal. It's my favorite bubbles I've ever had.

This is my first post to celebrate. My favorite, Tobiroki. The first time I drank it was at Godaigo in Akasaka. It was refreshing, but with a sweetness, aroma, and richness. I can't describe the balance. It is a fantastic sake. It's even in Godai-Go. It goes very well with Japanese food.
