遥瑛チチA series of business trips before GW
During GW, a family member had an accident and returned to Fukuoka in a hurry.
And then another business trip.
Busy days for me💦.
I'm sorry for the delay in following up with everyone.
I apologize for the delay in following up with you all, but when I skip a post, it piles up quickly.
I'm in a hurry to get it all together and post it because my memory is starting to fade.
I was drinking this one too.
I mean, I drank it first at the after-party.
But I didn't write it down, so I don't remember much about it💦.
Based on my past experience (which is also doubtful), I'd say it was a nice, crisp sake... つきたてHi Haruei Chichi 😊.
You seem to be busy, but please take care of yourself! But I'm relieved to see you're drinking so well 😄.
I'd like to try the Edo Kaijo, but I haven't seen it in Fukuoka yet 😭. 遥瑛チチHello, tsutsumitate-san 😃.
I'm very sorry for the super late response: 🙇♀️
I've been drinking.
I try not to drink too much 💦.
I hope you'll be able to make it to Fukuoka too ❗️ 遥瑛チチA series of business trips before GW

This sake was created by making effective use of out-of-spec rice, in other words, out-of-spec rice that is produced in the sake brewing process.
I had already had Jyushidai, so I asked the store owner, who seemed to know a lot about sake, what kind of sake could compete with it, and he recommended this one!
It's been a long time since I had a Gozenshu!
So let's get started!
The aroma is like melon!
On the palate...
Fresh, juicy, and mellow flavor perfectly balanced!
A capricious idol and a veteran actor with a dignified appearance and deep acting ability....
This sake had a wonderful taste that reminded me of such duality. ❗️ 遥瑛チチA series of business trips before GW

I was invited to a drinking party of people from Kyushu at the Tokyo head office that day.
The first meeting was an all-you-can-drink event, and the only drinks available were from a certain major company, so we had to put up with beer and shochu.
And then the after-party!
Ehime, a brilliant girl who used to work at the Kyushu office, took the initiative to find a restaurant for us.
She offered us a special menu, and when we looked through it, to our surprise, we found a bottle of Jyushidai. ❗️
Junmai Ginjo Ryu no Bastard 🙌!
But even if it's a good deal, it's still 2,000 yen per sake...
I hesitate, don't you?
But the guys at headquarters are so bubbly!
"Why don't we just share that with everyone and order ❗️?"
Crikey!
Well, let's get back on track and enjoy 🥂.
The elegant and discreet aroma of white grapes attracted me and I sipped it.
The sweetness and acidity of the wine is also understated and expands with a sizzle.
I can't get enough of it!
The perfect balance of the delicate sweet-savory-acid triangle is wonderful ❗️
Delicious 〜〜〜〜〜 👍 Reina.NThis is my first post to celebrate.
My favorite, Tobiroki.
The first time I drank it was at Godaigo in Akasaka.
It was refreshing, but with a sweetness, aroma, and richness.
I can't describe the balance. It is a fantastic sake.
It's even in Godai-Go.
It goes very well with Japanese food. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
