This is my first post to celebrate.
My favorite, Tobiroki.
The first time I drank it was at Godaigo in Akasaka.
It was refreshing, but with a sweetness, aroma, and richness.
I can't describe the balance. It is a fantastic sake.
It's even in Godai-Go.
It goes very well with Japanese food.
