Red dragonfly for sale in autumn. The label is nice and autumn-like.
The aroma, flavor, acidity, and richness are all well balanced.
A sharp and tasty hiyaoroshi.
Personally, I don't like sake with acidity, but
I personally don't like sake with sourness, but this sourness is elegant and indescribable. I like it.
It goes well with autumn dishes.
This sourness makes me want to pair it with ponzu.
Sanma (mackerel) with grated daikon and lots of ponzu and citrus fruits.
Mizutaki with ponzu is also good.
The sweetness of the vegetables, the flavor of the chicken, and the ponzu.
I want to drink it again next fall.
