Souvenirs for myself when I went sightseeing (pilgrimage to holy places) in Numazu, Japan. The owner of Matsuura Sake Shop, one(?) of the sacred places in Numazu, recommended this sake. The owner of Matsuura Sake Shop, which is also one(?) of the sacred places in Numazu, recommended this locally brewed sake. It is crisp, dry, and refreshing. It is delicious. It goes well with dried fish, a specialty of Numazu. Enjoy a sip while reminiscing.

A refreshingly dry sake. It is easy to drink and has no peculiar taste or difficulty in drinking. I thought it was a bottle that would satisfy both first-time sake drinkers and sake lovers. Thanks for the drink.

It has a delicious taste of rice and a dry, light mouthfeel. It is refreshing and drinks like water (in a good way!!!). I had it with grilled meat and it was very tasty.
