It seems that "Icenohana", which was released in limited quantities in the past, has been revived under the name "Icenonami". When I opened the bottle, I heard a gaseous sound. When I opened the bottle, there was quite a gas sound. It had a gorgeous melon-like aroma and a sweet taste. The aftertaste was sweet, but there was no unpleasant bitterness, and it went down smoothly. After the second day, the sweetness seemed to become stronger. Very easy drinking sake. Feels like a micro-foam Slightly melon sweet and slightly fizzy, it is easy to drink like a cider when well chilled. Personally, I find it tastes better when it is very chilled. It's the easiest to drink in the Impression series. I think it does not interfere with the taste of food.
