Targeting the Jyushiyo and Honmaru. I heard that it took 5 years to make. I have never had Jyushiyo before. It was my first time to drink Takachidai, too. The aroma was restrained, the alcohol content was low, and it was very clear. It was very clear and good as a food sake. The cork flew off after a while. I thought it was because it was a draft sake. but it flew out many times after emptying the bottle. I thought it might be because the bottle and the stopper were incompatible.
