Dewa-no-Fuji Sanban Brewing Unfiltered unpasteurized sake I got this from my father-in-law. It is delicious! I'm kind of happy when I find something that is not fruity and tastes good. It has a rounded flavor and is fluffy and delicious and goes with any meal. I wonder how much it costs. I would like to buy it again 8/10

Collage Collage It is gorgeous and juicy! It has a nice piquancy and is delicious. The second half has a Junmai sense of taste and a lingering deliciousness. The direction is not changed much from the hiyaeri's Kuraku, but the freshness is more vivid. Degree of want to buy again 7/10

Bakuren super-hot ginjo Prepared for my father-in-law, who only accepts dry sake. It was so well received that we opened it together right away. I usually prefer the fruity type, but I really felt the goodness of the light, dry sake. It goes well with fish dishes! We prepared sushi, sea bream sashimi, and fried eye light and I think they were pleased. Degree I want to buy again 9/10

Delicious, my wife loves it. Gassy and fruity in the mouth at first, with a sharp aftertaste as it passes down the throat. We had it with grouper and dumplings. Because of its sharpness, it was delicious with seafood. Degree I would like to buy it again 10/10

Tasyu light nigori Junmai Ginjo This is the first Tasake that I have ever emptied at home. The aroma is mild, with a hint of sweetness from the rice. I did not feel much fruity. The aftertaste is long. It is easy to drink, though it does not have a sharp taste. I drank it easily while I was thinking about it. The 2nd day It is delicious! The sweetness has increased, and there is a good acidity in the aftertaste. Maybe the temperature was too low on the first day. The popularity of this wine was understandable. I would like to buy it again 8/10

Kuchigoe jr. It's dry, but that's what it says on the bottle. It has juiciness and fruitiness, but it also has a subtle pull, and I felt the nuance of dryness here. It went very well with gâteau chocolat! I recommend this wine! I would buy it again 9/10

Purchased at a liquor store in a rice field near my wife's parents' house. The price was about 400 yen higher than the regular price. It was a simple dry taste that I haven't had in a long time. I will be able to enjoy the change in taste by drinking it little by little.

We had this at a company year-end party. We brought our own wine, but I think we were able to drink it in the best condition thanks to the temperature control that we did our best to maintain. The gorgeousness and fruitiness of the sake when it enters the mouth were very well received by the younger employees who do not usually drink sake, and the lineup was sold out in no time. The lineup of sake was sold out in no time.
