Gorgeous aroma and smooth on the palate

First time drinking it at home in a long time.
The aroma is not so strong, and it's less sweet than the others I've had.
There is a bit of bitterness, but it doesn't leave a bitter taste in the nose and it is refreshing.

Finally I was able to ask the waiter which sake I must drink when I come to Saga.
This is my first nigori sake and it looks like yogurt!
The kind older man told me it was a sake brewery that had been revived!
After that, we finished up with purple Nabeshima!
I'd like to go back to Izakaya and drink more sake!
