Tasted for the first time a three-year old sake stored in a snow cellar as a gift from a colleague.
I got the impression that it had a slightly sweet aroma.
I also love the fact that it is a treasured sake that can only be purchased at that brewery!
Uonuma de Hori is consistently delicious!
It is still my favorite sake!
