10/9 opened. It's just an ordinary sake, probably because I drank it with Jyushiyo. 10/13 Solo. A fruity sake with a gorgeous aroma and acidity. 10/14 Solo. Refreshing and delicious. 10/15 On its own. Pleasant to drink as a midday sake. 10/19 Solo. Finished with a sour aftertaste.

It has a sense of heaviness with a quiet gas, sweetness, and bitterness all in one, giving it a full flavor. You can feel many different flavors, and it is more than just sake. It has been 10 days since we opened the bottle on October 9th, but when we first opened it, it was even more gassy and fresh.

Very tasty! It's clean and clear with a refreshing acidity that wraps up the whole experience. This is my first time drinking a kijoshu and it tastes wonderful 💡.

Rich and full of flavor. I've had other sakes after this one, but they seemed too thin, so I'd recommend drinking Jyushiyo on its own😁.

Worked, played sports, took a sauna and came home. A glass of tataki and oden 😄 bottomless swamp of euphoria😆. The taste of the sake is very crisp with a good taste of rice! I have the impression that it is a legitimate sake ☺ and it stings😊.
