Polishing ratio 50%. It is sweet and goes in easily. I like it because it has no cloying taste. ❤️ Today I'm drinking it with tuna kama. It's cheap 😆 but it goes well with white meat sashimi🤔. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but it's a good idea! A note of likes and dislikes ★★★★★

I see you for the first time. Dry and delicious 😋. Ordered at an izakaya in Yokohama This was my fourth choice after being told that Jikon was sold out, Otter was sold out, and Hiroki was sold out. But I don't dislike it. It's junmai, but it doesn't have a cloying taste.

I visited Yamagata for the first time last week and bought some local sake🤭. When I opened it, I could smell the aroma of rice. It is dry with a tangy taste, but has a clean aftertaste 😋.
