Past pic. Bought at the local sake shop Kodama in Otsuka. I've never had heated sake before, but the shop owner told me to drink it warm. I was told to drink it hot, so I did. Surprisingly, it was quite good even at room temperature. Of course, it is as good warmed up as it is hot. I want to buy this sake again this winter.

Purchased at Sekimachi Cellar. Fruity and juicy. I can't believe it's a low-milling rice. You can feel the brewery's solid ability from the finish of this sake.

This is also a past pic. I liked the freshness and slight gassiness that came out all over, and the way it cut through quickly. It will be hard to get, but I would like to drink the MOON series again if I have a chance.

Past pic. I bought it at the local sake shop Kodama in Otsuka. It is the first nigorizake I drank as a sake beginner. Looking back on it now, I think I liked it as much as Senkin's Snowman. My memory is a bit hazy, but I think this one was more fizzy and had a lactic acid-like sweetness. There are many other Hirotogawa I would like to drink, such as the special junmai.

This is a past pic of a sake that is highly contested. It's a sake that tastes twice as good in one glass, whether you drink only the supernatant or drink it while it's still fresh. I think it's totally delicious even if you drink it now in the summer.

I bought it at Sakaya Kurihara in Azabu. I wanted something with a little more of a rice flavor, since the one I bought with it was the Gekki Masamune. It was perfect for me at room temperature or lukewarm.

A synonym for sake with crazy costumes. I bought it at Sakaya Kurihara in Azabu. It's a honjozo, but it has no miscellaneous taste like jungin. If there were more stores selling it, it would be great.
