Purchased in the neighborhood. Drank it at home while polpoling green beans I boiled yesterday. Room temperature, clear color, smell of sake, no sweetness, spiciness and a faint taste of rice on the tongue. When I let it sit on my tongue, it went straight to my nose. Maybe it tastes like the sake my grandfather used to drink while watching sumo wrestling. I just put my finger in and licked it. Manufactured 25.4.xe I put it in the refrigerator and had it the next day. The sweetness and depth of the flavor when it was rolled around on the tongue was more pronounced than it was on the nose. Certainly better than yesterday. Is this possible? I am a beginner in sake 🍶.
