Easy to drink, fruity, beautiful
It was quite sweet.
It was the sake that introduced me to the taste of Eiko Fuji. しばIt's refreshing, but has a delicious umami flavor!
You can taste the umami more when you drink it with something to eat! りゅうぱぱI stopped by Kigawaya Shoten in Sakata, Yamagata Prefecture on my way back from a camping trip the other day and bought this!
This time I chose my favorite Eiko-Fuji, which is fruity and has a sweet, yet light flavor ( Fruity and sweet like Eiko-Fuji, but with a light taste (!).
The price is also easy on the wallet at 1,540 yen (tax included).

Using Shonai sake rice, several breweries are serving Yamagata Prefecture's local sake under the brand name of [Yamai Soko]....
That's why the distributor and brewer are listed on the label...
The fun of encountering Yamai Soko with different brewers has increased.

Tomita__JunkoThis is a sake brewed exclusively with Shonai rice by seven breweries in Shonai, available only at the Yamai warehouse in Sakata.
I bought a bottle of Dewa no Sato (sake rice from Yamagata) from Tohokuizumi, which I had never heard of before.
It's 55% shaved.
The aroma of straw, similar to mountain waste, precedes it, and the taste is light and dry. The type that would go well with pure Japanese food. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
