Purchased at the Kurume-Joshima brewery opening.
It is made with a 40% milled rice ratio, lavishly extracting the unique flavor of Yamadanishiki produced in Fukuoka Prefecture, and is made with slightly soft subsoil water from the Mino Mountains in this region.
It has an exquisite balance of aroma and flavor, and when you take a sip, you will want to keep rolling it around in your mouth forever without swallowing it.
Thank you very much for your kindness.
First time at the Kurume-Jojima Sake Brewery Opening Festival!
I drank a lot of different kinds of sake, but I'll just leave a record of the most unusual one, a brown rice sake.
This is the first sake made from unpolished rice that I encountered at an abandoned factory in Mannenkame. It is amber in color and has a brown rice flavor. The aroma is a bit acidic, and when I drank it, I felt it was more like a sour toso than a sake. To be honest, it was not tasty, but it was a new experience for me. It is said that brown rice alone does not grow yeast rice, so only a part of white rice is mixed in to make sake. It is just right for tasting only.

Strong❗️Citrusy acidity like grapefruit and Hassaku is impressive🍊
Alcoholic stimulation is pleasant ^ ^.
The bitter taste at the end is quite sharp❗️
Both fish and meat seem to go well with it ^ ^ ^
It's good ^ ^

Citrus❗️Sudachi like 🍊
But very smooth 🌟
The level of acidity is just right and somehow, it has a tropical atmosphere.
It has a nice sharpness, it's a waste to drink it quickly! I want to drink it slowly ^ ^.
The production seems to be low, so naturally it doesn't appear in Tokyo.
A sake brewery to support 🍶.
Kurume sake.
It was manufactured in June 2015, so it is 6 years old.
It has a very old sake-like amber color.
But the taste and mouthfeel are quite smooth.
It has a somewhat tasty flavor and a light bitterness.
It is easy to drink with a cohesive alcohol taste.
When heated, it has a gentle, mellow flavor and bitterness.
It felt more bitter than when drunk cold.
The bitterness disappears when the sake is topped up.
Date of manufacture: June 2015
