As usual, I told the clerk at the liquor store about my preferences and he introduced me to a sake I had never seen before. The name of the sake is Hechikan. What a surprise, it seems to be the name of a historical figure. Hearing that it has a fresh gassy, fruity taste and that the maker (Kankoume Shuzo Co., Ltd.) takes good care of its customers, we immediately decided to try it. I had it chilled to a crisp. Aaaaahhhh, this is delicious. It is perfect for summer sake. I want to drink it every day.

A little dry? Dark with good flavor. Is it sweet? I think so. I paired it with a Japanese side dish from NADAMAN and a bread roll from MAMAEI. The pairing is neither good nor bad, but the sake itself is delicious. It would also go well with cheesecake.

First time drinking sake from a brewery I was talking to a guy at a sake shop, and he said, "This is probably close to your taste, so how about it? So I bought it. Apparently, there are still very few sake breweries in the country that carry it. It has a clean and fruity ginjo aroma. It has a grapefruit-like citrus taste. It has a firm acidity. There is also a good amount of gas and a very juicy taste. In the aftertaste, there is a bitter taste like grapefruit peel. It is sweet and bitter and refreshing in the mouth. I drank it by itself this time. but it may go well with a dish with a strong taste of sauce. It's very easy to drink and has a taste that I like very much (*^o^*). I've known this liquor store for over 2 years and they know exactly what I like.

It's so good! I've never tasted it before! The bubbles are distinctive, but it's the smell and the taste! Smells and tastes like blueberries! It's got a nice tightness to it from the foaminess! Fruity is fruity, but I've never had a sake with a berry-ish flavor before in my ministry.
