Sake party at a nearby bar! We had about 24 bottles to drink as much as we could. I took note of all the varieties ✎. Tosa Shiragiku Gorgeous! Light, easy to drink, fruity! I love it so much! At the end, we were told that if we won the lottery, we could take the leftovers home with us, so we took this one and left!

Nice to meet you 🩷Tosa Shiragiku🍶! It's a clear, fruity sake with a slight carbonation, or maybe just a little bit, with fine bubbles that stick to the bottom of the glass! Very mild and delicious. Sake from Shikoku is a bit hard to get to grips with, but I think I'm in the right place personally 😁. I need to do more research 🧪.

4th cup Another appearance of an unknown one with lots of side letters! But if you come up with CEL24 in Kochi I can get a general idea of what you're looking for. 55% polished domestic rice, 14% alcohol by volume When I drank it As expected, it's a very strong sake. Not as strong as Kameizumi, Not as strong as Kameizumi, but moderately juicy and pineapple-like. Yup, it's delicious too! Looking back, here's what we've done so far Yamahai -> white yeast -> red yeast -> CEL24 yeast and low al acidity was the hidden theme 🤔.
