The staff gave me some advice when I was choosing, The Edo series is sweeter. Yamada-Nishiki: sharp, the standard of the brewery. Omachi: full-bodied. Aizan: Muscat flavor. Aizan: Muscat-like. Tokyo: Slightly bitter and astringent, which makes it more delicious with a meal. I chose Tokyo because it has a bit of bitterness and astringency, which makes it more delicious with a meal. たまこうYamadanishiki, 60% polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume I understood the banana aroma for the first time! Fruity, like banana, like melon. But not too light and not too heavy. I was told it smells like cemedine. I didn't get it 🤷. It was delicious! I want to drink it again 🍶.
