しんしんSYWhat is BECCHO? It's a bespoke. I'm still not familiar with rainfall brand. I only know of two brands other than this Black Label. I will have it with Wakakoma as a brand I am interested in on the second floor! Stairs from the second floor down to the first floor, be careful with your glass! It's a bit unique! Besides the acidity of the sake yeast, it has a smoky taste. It is a taste I have never experienced in other sake! a great deal of knowledge Rice used: Yamadanishiki produced in Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 60 Groundwater: Ameizan groundwater (hardness 150%) Yeast: No.6 yeast

ジンI haven't seen mizu-hashiro in a very long time. But it is delicious with moderate acidity. It is possible to make such a well-balanced sake even using mizu-hashiroshi.
