Temperature Estimated 5°C Taste 50%. Color Almost colorless and transparent Aroma: A common aroma for honjozo. Taste: Hmmm. I don't think this is something to drink cold. I bought it from a vending machine and it was chilled to a crisp, so I took it home and drank it right away, but I didn't taste any flavor or umami, probably because it was chilled. There is no mention of it on the label, so I wonder if it is out of the standard for junmai sake.

From the rice to the yeast, all of the sake is made in Gunma. It has a light, grain-like aroma and a refreshing taste with the flavor of rice and a hard acidity. I drank it chilled, but it might be better served warmed. Good when you want to enjoy food as the main course. As it was Culture Day, we enjoyed this traditional sake with Negima-ni (stewed green onions).

I went out to Gunma yesterday and got this one directly from the brewery. (Japan is a country where you can buy local sake anywhere in the country, so it's fun to go out) It's a refreshing sake with a sweet and bitter fruity aftertaste that spreads quickly on the palate and quickly fades away. We enjoy it very much. Maybe it tastes better after the second day! ☆→☆☆

Opened on March 24, 2021 Purchased at Denen Plaza Kawaba Traditional sake flavor and taste. Tatami-like, soothing aroma. There is a stimulation of alcohol, but the acidity is not too strong. It is good for simmered dishes.
