I went out to Gunma yesterday and got this one directly from the brewery. (Japan is a country where you can buy local sake anywhere in the country, so it's fun to go out) It's a refreshing sake with a sweet and bitter fruity aftertaste that spreads quickly on the palate and quickly fades away. Opened on March 24, 2021 Purchased at Denen Plaza Kawaba Traditional sake flavor and taste. Tatami-like, soothing aroma. There is a stimulation of alcohol, but the acidity is not too strong. It is good for simmered dishes.
