Msu37sunRefreshing aroma of fresh raw sake and a fresh yet deep taste. Li Bai, a poet of Sheng Tang Dynasty. Enjoy it while thinking of the elation and loneliness of drinking alone under the moonlight.

かずきOpened on March 28, 2024 Purchased after tasting at the brewery. It was the best of all the sake we tasted ^ ^. It's light, but the flavor is concentrated, and the way it oozes out is very pleasing. ❗️ It has a fresh and raw taste, and is a must-have for omatists. ☺️

ヒロOccasionally drink out. The color is light amber. It looks like it might be too strong, but there is almost no smell. In the mouth, it is straight and light. No sweetness or bitterness, just umami. But when you swallow it, there is a sourness that hits your throat. The presentation is very nice. I thought it was an orthodox sake that is refreshing, but has a lot to offer.

kabosu_ponMatsue City, Shimane "Shinjuku Yakumo" Junmai Ginjo Collaboration of Shimane sake brewer Li Bai and Keio Department Store https://shop.keionet.com/goods/index.html?ggcd=SAKE-100002 Shinjuku Yakumo is an original brand sold exclusively at Keio Department Stores. It is associated with Matsue in Shimane and Shinjuku, and named after "Koizumi Yakumo," a great writer who was active in introducing Meiji-era Japan to the world at large. We recommend this sake to those who are looking for a sake that will not interfere with your meal.
