Kyoto Takashimaya Sake Festival 10
The booth of Onogawa Sake Brewery of Onogawa Tenka, Akita Prefecture.
This time, the Sake Capital group had three breweries here, and their booths were clustered close together.
◉Tenka Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Gohyakumangoku (Uguisu label)
Aged in cold storage for two years, this sake is made from Gohyakumangoku rice. It has a mellow lees flavor.
◉Tenka Tokubetsu Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu Dry Taste Akita-Komachi (flame label)
Made from Akita-Komachi. It has a dry taste that directly stimulates the tongue.
I personally have yet to find an Onogawa that I like more than the standard Heart Label and Kamenoo's Kame Label.
