Purchased at Hankyu Department Store's traveling SAKE. It has a gentle taste with a sweet flavor that comes in the latter half of the bottle. It has a spicy taste, but it also has a fresh fruitiness. I also tasted Omachi, but Yumesasara was definitely my favorite. On the third day, the impression of sweetness and acidity became stronger.

Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. After drinking Kiyokai nigori, it was getting crowded, so I left once and returned when it was empty. We compared Yumesasara and Omachi. I had a preconceived notion that Omachi would be tastier, but I found Omachi to be too strong and subtle. Yumesasara was delicious, so I bought it.

Today's accompaniment is Nikko Homare Junmai. Is it refreshing, light, light and weakly spicy? The! It's like a sake. It is a good sake for a mid-meal drink, But I think it will be defeated by a little bit sweet I think it is good as a food sake, but it is not as good with sweet food.

This Sake has a syrupy mouth feel. There is a strong umami flavor with apple and a hint of wood. The acidity is high and finish is long and refreshing. The combination of sensations are new to me and makes this Sake interesting and fun to drink.
