I've seen Hochozuru at many liquor stores, but I've been putting it off for some reason and this is the first time I'm drinking it😅.
Slightly effervescent. It has quite a fruity aroma, but it's quite dry and not too sweet.
I wish it had a little more umami 🤔.

As the label suggests, the aroma is of white peaches. It is a juicy, peachy, slightly sweet sake, but also has a solid sake feel without being sweet.
