I saw it on a liquor store's installment and was completely unfamiliar with the brand, so I searched for it on Sake no Wa and found that Greissinger19 was drinking it, so I bought it. Strong gasiness. Dry, clean and sweet. Cider-like with peach and lychee flavors. Lightly sweet as written. The acidity is beautiful and the bitterness at the end is pleasant. A better sake than expected.

@sakebar Fukuzo Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of white malted rice. It is followed by a slight astringency that finishes it off. The refreshing acidity is quite delicious.

Kuroda Samurai Rin 1 Tachi It's made with white koji. I expected it to be more acidic, but it's quite a good balance 😄 Overall, it's a cool, crisp and delicious sake ✨

嘉麻市大黒酒造株式会社はっきりした薄い黄色、うわだち香は、香水やライチ、南国のフルーツに優しいお米の香り、味わいは、酸味と刺激のアタック、刺激がそのまま、口中に広がり、柔らかく消えていく、炭酸水のような清涼感、ドライな飲み心地。
