I saw it on a liquor store's installment and was completely unfamiliar with the brand, so I searched for it on Sake no Wa and found that Greissinger19 was drinking it, so I bought it. Strong gasiness. Dry, clean and sweet. Cider-like with peach and lychee flavors. Lightly sweet as written. The acidity is beautiful and the bitterness at the end is pleasant. A better sake than expected.

@sakebar Fukuzo Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of white malted rice. It is followed by a slight astringency that finishes it off. The refreshing acidity is quite delicious.

I don't camp, so I use the stove. Lukewarm heating in the drinking line? It's good to have a temperature that can be taken in quickly and warmed up from inside even in cold weather. Unlike lentils, it stays warm for a while after pouring. The rice flavor can be felt more by heating it up.

⭐︎ Junmai sake for summer to be enjoyed chilled. Apparently it is, but personally I think it tastes better lukewarm in the winter. My palate was completely looking for a summer sake, so I'd like to taste and re-evaluate it at a different time. My intentions were completely off, so I gave it to my friend who came over later 😗.

The manager said that some customers left some sake for us. These two sakes from Fukuoka Sake I've never heard of before! First, Junmai A little bit, a little bit heavy. One of my current favorite sake breweries is Osato Sake Brewery in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The aroma when you open the bottle is like amazake with the scent of rice! First, the top clear... A flash of dryness! Tastes like a dry white wine I like the balance of clear and gentle acidity Then, mix in the "Ori"... The dry taste is combined with the rich rice flavor of the "ori". I still feel that this is a sake made with rice! I think I will finish it in one night.
