⭐︎ Junmai sake for summer to be enjoyed chilled. Apparently it is, but personally I think it tastes better lukewarm in the winter. My palate was completely looking for a summer sake, so I'd like to taste and re-evaluate it at a different time. My intentions were completely off, so I gave it to my friend who came over later 😗.

We stopped by again, this time at Osato Sake Brewery in Kama City. Holy shit, the rice is juicy from start to finish! The refreshing acidity further enhances the flavor of the rice! As the brewery explained to us when we purchased it This is a bottle that you can enjoy with snacks.

One of my current favorite sake breweries is Osato Sake Brewery in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The aroma when you open the bottle is like amazake with the scent of rice! First, the top clear... A flash of dryness! Tastes like a dry white wine I like the balance of clear and gentle acidity Then, mix in the "Ori"... The dry taste is combined with the rich rice flavor of the "ori". I still feel that this is a sake made with rice! I think I will finish it in one night.
