This, K NEXT, is a new sake brewing challenge. The label is cool. What kind of sake is it? I'm looking forward to it!
The aroma is not strong, but the flavor seems to be robust.
The mouthfeel is soft and thick. Is it light? But then, the sweet, umami, bitter, and acidic taste is released. Then, the sweetness and bitterness are all over the place! The bitterness is strong and clear, but not unpleasant.

Sake: Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu
Rice: Fukuoka rice
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol percentage: 15% ・・・ Normal
The old man in "Spirited Away" is a bit like Kamaji in Ghibli's "Spirited Away". He is an old man with a peculiar personality. He is cool.
