I got this bottle at the Fukuoka Products Exhibition at Tenjin Mitsukoshi. It seems to be a sake made by the son of the brewer. When I looked at the address of the brewery, I was surprised to see that it was in the neighborhood of Kanbokuto.
First, let's take a look at the supernatant. It has a fruity aroma like apples and a clean sweetness. Compared to the Kamisumi of other modern Origari sake breweries, it's much cleaner and more cider-like.
When mixed with ori, the sourness and bitterness come out.
If you want to drink it by itself, drink it with Kamisumi, but if you want to drink it with a meal, mix it.
