We stopped by again, this time at Osato Sake Brewery in Kama City. Holy shit, the rice is juicy from start to finish! The refreshing acidity further enhances the flavor of the rice! As the brewery explained to us when we purchased it This is a bottle that you can enjoy with snacks.

One of my current favorite sake breweries is Osato Sake Brewery in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The aroma when you open the bottle is like amazake with the scent of rice! First, the top clear... A flash of dryness! Tastes like a dry white wine I like the balance of clear and gentle acidity Then, mix in the "Ori"... The dry taste is combined with the rich rice flavor of the "ori". I still feel that this is a sake made with rice! I think I will finish it in one night.

I was not a fan of nigori-style sake, but I tried it again with a local sake, Kurodabushi no Sen. It was not bad. I tried the supernatant and mixed it. It was nice, but... I'm not good at it. I think it's good for those who like nigori-style sake! I wonder if nigori-style should be the one that is swamped with sweetness. Or maybe I'll try again with a dab of the raw yeast 😆.

Fukuoka wandered by this liquor store... no. It's a sake brewery direct sales! I was so excited to stop by... I'm an uneducated person, but this is the first time I've ever heard of it. The successor (or is it?) who explained it to me I was impressed by his detailed explanation of each item. I was impressed by her careful explanation of each item. Royal road dry sake The sourness like an apple spreads The lingering taste of rice Third photo Mentaiko (cod roe) with three kinds of seafood is a perfect match!

The other day I visited Osato Sake Brewery. I could not visit the brewery, but I bought Kuroda Bushy K NEXT at the adjacent direct sales shop. I opened the bottle today. The first sip was sweet, followed by sour and fruity. I like sweet sake, and I liked it very much. I bought a bottle of Shine Muscat at a nearby vineyard after purchasing it and it was very tasty. It was not for sale, but there were extra-large Shine Muscats. I️ was surprised at the size.

Dry and refreshing sake. It has a slightly sour and bitter taste like muscat or grapefruit, but with little sweetness and a good sharpness. It is a good sake to drink in the summer when it is crisp and chilled!
