Apparently it is, but personally I think it tastes better lukewarm in the winter.
My palate was completely looking for a summer sake, so I'd like to taste and re-evaluate it at a different time.

I was not a fan of nigori-style sake, but I tried it again with a local sake, Kurodabushi no Sen.
It was not bad. I tried the supernatant and mixed it.
It was nice, but... I'm not good at it.
I think it's good for those who like nigori-style sake!
I wonder if nigori-style should be the one that is swamped with sweetness. Or maybe I'll try again with a dab of the raw yeast 😆.
