I saw it on a liquor store's installment and was completely unfamiliar with the brand, so I searched for it on Sake no Wa and found that Greissinger19 was drinking it, so I bought it. Strong gasiness. Dry, clean and sweet. Cider-like with peach and lychee flavors. Lightly sweet as written. The acidity is beautiful and the bitterness at the end is pleasant. A better sake than expected.

@sakebar Fukuzo Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of white malted rice. It is followed by a slight astringency that finishes it off. The refreshing acidity is quite delicious.

I was not a fan of nigori-style sake, but I tried it again with a local sake, Kurodabushi no Sen. It was not bad. I tried the supernatant and mixed it. It was nice, but... I'm not good at it. I think it's good for those who like nigori-style sake! I wonder if nigori-style should be the one that is swamped with sweetness. Or maybe I'll try again with a dab of the raw yeast 😆.

The other day I visited Osato Sake Brewery. I could not visit the brewery, but I bought Kuroda Bushy K NEXT at the adjacent direct sales shop. I opened the bottle today. The first sip was sweet, followed by sour and fruity. I like sweet sake, and I liked it very much. I bought a bottle of Shine Muscat at a nearby vineyard after purchasing it and it was very tasty. It was not for sale, but there were extra-large Shine Muscats. I️ was surprised at the size.

I'm looking forward to it! The aroma is not strong, but the flavor seems to be robust. The mouthfeel is soft and thick. Is it light? But then, the sweet, umami, bitter, and acidic taste is released. Then, the sweetness and bitterness are all over the place! The bitterness is strong and clear, but not unpleasant. The specs are as follows Sake: Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu Rice: Fukuoka rice Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol percentage: 15% ・・・ Normal The old man in "Spirited Away" is a bit like Kamaji in Ghibli's "Spirited Away". I got this bottle at the Fukuoka Products Exhibition at Tenjin Mitsukoshi. It seems to be a sake made by the son of the brewer. When I looked at the address of the brewery, I was surprised to see that it was in the neighborhood of Kanbokuto. First, let's take a look at the supernatant. It has a fruity aroma like apples and a clean sweetness. Compared to the Kamisumi of other modern Origari sake breweries, it's much cleaner and more cider-like. When mixed with ori, the sourness and bitterness come out. If you want to drink it by itself, drink it with Kamisumi, but if you want to drink it with a meal, mix it.

It is lightly nigori. The city of Kama, Fukuoka Prefecture, is known for its San Hokuto, and this sake is also brewed in Kama. It has a refreshing lactic acid bacteria aroma that is typical of lightly nigori. It is a sake with a strong sense of gas and a refreshing taste, and a strong sense of rice.
