I saw it on a liquor store's installment and was completely unfamiliar with the brand, so I searched for it on Sake no Wa and found that Greissinger19 was drinking it, so I bought it. Strong gasiness. Dry, clean and sweet. Cider-like with peach and lychee flavors. Lightly sweet as written. The acidity is beautiful and the bitterness at the end is pleasant. A better sake than expected.

@sakebar Fukuzo Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of white malted rice. It is followed by a slight astringency that finishes it off. The refreshing acidity is quite delicious.

A bottle purchased at Osato Sake Brewery. It was very gentle and reserved, perhaps because I have been drinking a lot of Saga's sweet sake recently. However, it is firm, refreshing, and sweet. If the Saga sake is refreshing and floral, this one is more relaxed and reserved. At any rate, it is a sake that gives the impression of being a little away from glamorous. I am very, very much looking forward to visiting sake breweries tomorrow. I wonder if it's okay to have such fun the day before... Let's compare the sake including today's...

I thought that Kyushu must be quite a good place for sake, and I am Kuroda Bushy from Fukuoka. I have been drinking a lot of different kinds of sake recently, and I think my palate has become dulled in terms of its characteristics... (I mean, I am chronically drinking too much). It is a daiginjo, so it has no peculiarities that bother me, and I drink it every night like I am obsessed with it. It ran out too soon... what a waste... It has a refreshing to mellow taste, a refined throat and no unpleasant aftertaste. Thank you very much.

Sendai Sororozoro (8) Next, the Kuroda warrior purchased at Iijima-san earlier. I thought I would definitely like it because it is brewed with white malted rice, and I was right. It was a great choice!

While I was buying smoked chicken. I dropped by the brewery and bought some 😁. It has a crisp and clean taste that is typical of white malted rice! It's got a good sweetness, but it's still sharp 😆. This is delicious 👍 The second one is a sweet potato shochu called "Bud Senbonzakura"! It's only available this season, so I bought it! It's a blast of sweetness with hot water 😆. It's also delicious👍

It is rare to find a raw sake with added sugar. There is no overt aroma. It has a classic, subtle sweetness, but with a slightly strong alcohol taste. Some people may find this a little spicy. The mouthfeel is smooth and watery. The alcohol content is moderate. I think it is better to drink it at room temperature even though it is a draft 🤔. I feel sweeter when the temperature is raised.
