I received this sake as a gift from my hometown.
The sake is light and easy to drink, but it has a sake-like taste, which I liked very much, and a square of it was gone in no time.
Not much aroma 👃.
Slightly sweet, slightly thick taste ☺️.
I like the name 😁.
It's from "Kuroda Kanbei" ✨.
Black with gold letters also fits my personal image ☀️.
Sake from Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture.
When I poured it into a glass to drink, I was surprised to find a nice aroma. The spiciness unique to honjozo sake seems to go well with sashimi.

Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius
(It is a gift!)
Neither the color nor the aroma is assertive.
It is light and dry in the mouth.
It is refreshing and easy to drink, but the more you roll it around on your tongue, the stronger the taste becomes⁉︎︎︎︎︎︎︎︎.
