Seki no Ichi Honjozo Nama Storage
14~15% 60
I went to a brewery in Iwate to buy it. I had already bought about 6 bottles on this trip, so I bought a small bottle size.
I bought a small bottle because I had already bought about 6 bottles on this trip. "Raw" on the label means raw storage.
I opened the bottle at home and took a sip.
Easy to drink! Soft mouthfeel. The umami, sweetness, sourness, and spiciness are all almost equal, and it's great for eating. There is a hint of alcohol, but it's not bad.
There are a lot of "raw" sakes with "raw" in their name, but this one surpassed my expectations.
This brewery has a mochi restaurant on the premises, which is interesting if you visit as a tourist. If you visit this brewery as a tourist, it would be interesting.

Sekinoichi Junmai Shiboritate Nama Genshu
18~19 degrees 60
We went from Tokyo to Iwate to buy the sake.
The brewery is a magnificent building with a souvenir corner, a beer brewery, and a mochi (rice cake) restaurant all located within the facility. You can also enjoy it as a tourist.
I brought the beer home and took my first sip.
It's so good! Contrary to the old souvenir sake label, it is very juicy and mellow. It is very juicy and mellow, and the acidity and spiciness come afterwards.
It has a good balance of flavors and is easy to keep drinking.
The sake rice is Toyonishiki. It is swollen but has a clean aftertaste.
It is not easy to drink in Tokyo, but I think it should be more famous. More than 5 stars, 4 stars!
I visited this brewery with my father, and he was hitting on the proprietress (not the president) who looked like Momiji Yamamura. The sake was passed around during the tasting, and we bought about 20,000 souvenirs because of the proprietress's talk.

Hi😊Did you go for this brewery? I've never heard of this brewery before ️I've been reading about how delicious it looks and the last thing your father✨ did was too funny 😆.
Yukachin-san Yes 😆 I thought that unknown breweries are the best place to discover. It was a great brewery for sightseeing too! My father was a scavenger and he wanted to get close to the proprietress.
Ginginga from Iwate Prefecture is polished to 50%. The scent of ginjo from the nose is enchanting. Slightly dry and light in taste. The fall-like bottle is cute.
