This is my first time in Kumi no Ura. I've only seen it at Isetan Kyoto. It has a fruity aroma, light and refreshingly sweet. It seems to be popular among women. It is different from the impression on the label.

OSAKA-JO SAKE SQUARE 2023 It is a dry sake with a very thick core flavor and a lot of graininess! If you like strong dry sake, this is the one for you! I was traumatized because I was surrounded by jellyfish when I jumped into Kumihama from the wharf a long time ago. Thank you very much!

This sake is brewed with "Celebration," Kyoto's preferred rice for sake brewing. It had a strong flavor, was dry and refreshing, and was most delicious with the sashimi we had together. Tonight after work, I went to Karasuma Oike at night. I went to Japanese teppan Zoronpa, which I also visited during the Kyoto Sake Dropkick. The food and drinks were great, and I had a great time. I'll think about whether to record other drinks after a night's sleep.

A 300ml bottle received as a Furusato tax payment, a cup in an inokuchi. The color is almost transparent, but slightly golden, and the aroma is light, with a gorgeous ginjo aroma like a young melon rising to the top. In the mouth, it goes down smoothly without any cloying taste, and the fruity aroma spreads, followed by sweetness. The taste is light and refreshing, with a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste, but it quickly fades away with a crisp finish.
