Tamagawa is the name of Kumihama in Kyotango, but Kumi no Ura is pretty much the standard for local evening drinks. When served warm, the sweetness comes first. The sweetness comes first, but the crispness keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. This is the best sake for nabe (hot pot).

Purchased at a Sake Event at Osaka Castle Park Sake brewed with Kyoto rice by a Kyoto sake brewery My favorite pattern So, what does it taste like? I don't know how to describe it...spicy, thick, or strong...it's a solid sake. A sake that is very drinkable.

OSAKA-JO SAKE SQUARE 2023 It is a dry sake with a very thick core flavor and a lot of graininess! If you like strong dry sake, this is the one for you! I was traumatized because I was surrounded by jellyfish when I jumped into Kumihama from the wharf a long time ago. Thank you very much!

This sake is brewed with "Celebration," Kyoto's preferred rice for sake brewing. It had a strong flavor, was dry and refreshing, and was most delicious with the sashimi we had together. Tonight after work, I went to Karasuma Oike at night. I went to Japanese teppan Zoronpa, which I also visited during the Kyoto Sake Dropkick. The food and drinks were great, and I had a great time. I'll think about whether to record other drinks after a night's sleep.
