This sake is brewed with "Celebration," Kyoto's preferred rice for sake brewing.
It had a strong flavor, was dry and refreshing, and was most delicious with the sashimi we had together.
Tonight after work, I went to Karasuma Oike at night.
I went to Japanese teppan Zoronpa, which I also visited during the Kyoto Sake Dropkick. The food and drinks were great, and I had a great time.
I'll think about whether to record other drinks after a night's sleep.
