Today we had fugu nabe (blowfish stew)! I bought this sake 3 years ago and it has been in the sake cellar (at 0℃) for a long time, but I wonder what it tastes like...
I had been in the cellar (at 0℃) for 3 years, but I was not sure what it would taste like......but it was a normal, clean and cozy taste 😊There was a slight aftertaste of rice flavor, good for nabe......delicious....sake and nabe went very quickly!
